Delete Your Account

For the Dorlio mobile app. Last updated: 2 July 2026.

Dorlio ("Dorlio", "we", "us") is operated by MIHAINTELLIGENCE SRL. You can permanently delete your Dorlio account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what is retained.

1. Delete your account from inside the app

The fastest way to delete your account:

  • Open the Dorlio app and make sure you are signed in.
  • Go to the Account tab.
  • Tap Delete account.
  • Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

2. Delete your account by request

If you can no longer access the app or your account, email contact@mihaintelligence.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Dorlio account". We will verify your request and delete your account and data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account and sign-in identity (email associated via Apple or Google Sign-In).
  • All child profiles you created (first name, age, avatar).
  • All saved stories and their generated illustrations.
  • Your bedtime streak history.

4. What is retained, and for how long

Your personal data is removed from our live systems promptly upon deletion. Routine encrypted backups are purged on a rolling schedule (within 30 days). We may retain a minimal, non-identifying record where required to comply with law (for example, tax or transaction records related to a subscription). Guest stories created without an account are never saved.

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, because subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. To cancel, manage your subscription in your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings before deleting your account.
